It began seven months earlier, in February, with a blank page, big ideas, and one simple goal: to design something truly extraordinary. Our journey began with three completely different concept proposals and five potential venues. Initially, the concept revolved around a dramatic black, gold, and red palette: timeless and powerful. But as we learned more about the company and their vision for the future, it became clear they wanted more than elegance; they wanted innovation, optimism, and something that would look forward, not back.

And so the concept evolved. We shifted the mood board toward a more modern, vibrant, and unexpected atmosphere — one that still felt refined and luxurious but was full of creativity and energy. Every element, from the color story to the smallest decorative detail, was designed to embody that forward-thinking message.

Preparation: Every Detail Counts

The preparation process started months before the event — and it touched every part of the project. We organized multiple on-site visits to measure, plan, and reimagine the space. We held menu tastings to carefully curate a gastronomic experience that matched the concept. And we built a plan that left no detail to chance. Every step was documented, every timeline refined, every element perfectly coordinated.

But what makes a truly exceptional event isn’t just planning — it’s the custom creation that goes into it. For this project, every single detail was designed exclusively for this occasion. We visited fabric stores ourselves to hand-select the materials for the table linens, napkins, and even the custom-made outfits for the event team. The dresses were designed and sewn specifically for this event — unique pieces that tied directly into the visual identity of the evening. Even the musicians and performers were carefully curated and assembled by our team, ensuring their style, sound, and presence reflected the concept perfectly.
